Potato - 3 medium, Shallot (small onion) - 1
Green Chilli- 2 pieces, Mustard Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
salt - to taste

Boil potatoes till soft. Peel skin and mash well. Add diced onions, green chillis and mustard oil. Mash well. Roll into small balls and serve with Pakhala
