1 Medium Sized Potato
2 Garlic Cloves, 2 Red chillis
1 Spoon Mustard Seeds 1 Spoon Oil and salt as required
Peel the Potato. Boil potato and parwal together and mash them. Add salt. Heat oil in a pan, add ustard seeds. When they splutter, add crushed garlic and the red chillis. Fry for a min and add the mashed potato and parwal to it. Enjoy this simple yet very tasty bharta with pakhala.
