Kancha Amba (green mango)- 1 large
Ginger - 1 small piece (1 inch size)
Green chilli- 2
Sugar - 3 spoons

Cut mangoes into medium pieces.
Grind the cut mangoes with ginger, green chillis to a fine paste.
Add 3 teaspoon of sugar and blend again.
Add salt to taste.
Note: The sweetness should be adjusted according to your taste.
