3 medium size green unripe mangoes
50-60 grams jaggary/sugar( according to taste)
1 tsp Panchphutan, 2 red chillis
A pinch of turmeric, some curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 spoon oil

Cut the manges into long thin pieces. Boil it with water, salt, turmeric and jaggary till the mangoes are cooked. Heat oil i a pan, add panch phutan. When they splutter, add the curry leaves and the red chillis. Fry for few seconds and add this to the boiled mango.
