Ingredients:

Eggs - 4 (hard boiled)
Potatoes - 2 medium
Garlic- 6 cloves
Onion- 1 small
Green chilli 1
Haldi- 1 teaspoon
Besan- 1 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Baking soda- 1 pinch
Crushed black pepper - 1 pinch
Method:
Boil eggs and peel the shell
Boil potatoes and peel the skin.Mash and set aside.
In a pan heat 1 table spoon oil, fry diced onions,crushed garlic and diced green chillis.
Put 1 teaspoon haldi, stir and add the mashed potatoes. Mix well.Add salt to taste.
In a separate bowl, add 1 cup besan, soda, salt and black pepper and slowly add the water while constantly stirring.
Make a batter not too watery.
Heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying.
Take a hanful of potato and coat the surface of the egg. Make sure the coating is uniform all around.
Carefully deep the egg into the besan batter and deep fry the eggs in medium heat.
