Ingredients:
Pumpkin
Potato
Brinjal
Beans
Green Banana
Method:
Wash and cut all vegetables to medium sizes
Heat oil in a pan and add phutana. When it starts to splutter, add the cut vegetables.
Stir the vegetables well and add Turmeric powder and salt.
Cover and cook for 10 mins or till vegetables cook. Then cook without the lid in open fire. The dish is ready when vegetables are completely cooked. Serve hot with Roti.
