Preparation For : 4 People | Preparation Time : 25 Minuites (Approx)
  • Khiri Chawala(Rice)-150gm
  • Khira(Milk)-1.5 liter
  • Chini(Sugar)-250gm
  • Gujurati(Cardamom) – 4 pieces
  • Luna(Salt)- as per taste
Preparation : Step wise
  • To start with, soak the rice for 2 hours, then wash it properly and grind into a fine and thick paste. Then add salt as per taste, mix the paste properly and keep it aside.
  • Crush the cardamom seeds and keep the powder aside.
  • Boil milk in a deep pan, when it starts boiling add sugar, cardamom powder (from step -2) and mix it properly.
  • When it starts boiling again, put some amount of paste (from step-1) and stir it. Do the same for the rest of the paste.
  • Keep on stirring in medium flame for approx. 5 minutes and then remove it from flame.
  • Cool it ad serve as a sweet dish (dessert).
