Brinjal 10 small, Curd 1 cup
Chilli powder. 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste
Jeera whole. 1 tsp, Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Red Chili whole 2, Oil as required Curryleaves,
Asafoetida a pinch

Silt brinjal in four part don’t separate the parts keep it as whole brinjal.
Marinate with salt, turmeri powder and chili powder.
Heat oil in wide pan. Add the brinjals and fry them until tender and fully cooked.
In the mean timeĀ  beat the curd in a bowl with salt as required.
Put theĀ  fried brinjal in a serving dish and add the fried brinjal to it.
Dry roast the zeera sees and the whle chilis. Grind them to powder.
Heat the pan again, add some oil. When hot add the mustard seeds.
When they splutter,add the curry leaves and asafoetida.
Then add it to the brinjal in curd.
Finally sprinkle the zeera chili powder and some coriander leaves.
