Preparation For : 4 People | Preparation Time : 20 Minuites (Approx)
  • Nadia (Coconut) – half a coconut(shredded)
  • Dahi (yoghurt) – 200 Gm
  • Kancha Lanka (Green Chili) – 1 Piece
  • Ada (Ginger) – ½ inch
  • Luna (Salt) – to taste
  • Bhrusanga patra (curry leaf)- 5/6
  • Chinni( sugar)- 1 tsp(as per taste)
  • Pancha phutan- 1tsp
  • Refine tela (refined oil)- 1 tbs
Preparation : Step wise
  • Beat the yoghurt till its smooth.
  • Cut the green chili and ginger into small pieces. Keep aside.
  • Add shredded coconut, sugar, and salt to the yoghurt, mix well.

Health & Additional Cooking Tips

Coconut and yoghurt contains fat, calcium, and energy. Yoghurt also helps in digestion. For some different flavor, Heat the oil in a pan, add pancha phutan,when splutter add curry leaf, green chili,and ginger. Fry till green chilli and ginger looks a bit fried.Remove from flame. Now pour this mixture to the yoghurt mix. Serve it with rice.
