Ingredients
- Nadia (Coconut) – half a coconut(shredded)
- Dahi (yoghurt) – 200 Gm
- Kancha Lanka (Green Chili) – 1 Piece
- Ada (Ginger) – ½ inch
- Luna (Salt) – to taste
- Bhrusanga patra (curry leaf)- 5/6
- Chinni( sugar)- 1 tsp(as per taste)
- Pancha phutan- 1tsp
- Refine tela (refined oil)- 1 tbs
Preparation : Step wise
- Beat the yoghurt till its smooth.
- Cut the green chili and ginger into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Add shredded coconut, sugar, and salt to the yoghurt, mix well.
Health & Additional Cooking Tips
Coconut and yoghurt contains fat, calcium, and energy. Yoghurt also helps in digestion. For some different flavor, Heat the oil in a pan, add pancha phutan,when splutter add curry leaf, green chili,and ginger. Fry till green chilli and ginger looks a bit fried.Remove from flame. Now pour this mixture to the yoghurt mix. Serve it with rice.
