1 Cup Dahi(plain curd)
3/4th cup grated coconut( nadia cora)
1 tea spoon chopped green chilli and ginger
1 tea spoon sugar, salt to taste
1 tea spoon panch phutan
1 Tablespoon oil and Curry leaves

Beat the curd properly. To this beaten curd add salt, coconut and sugar. Heat oil in a wok, and add the panchphutan. When they splutter add chopped green chillis, ginger and the curry leaves. Fry fr 30-40 seconds. Add this chunka(seasoning) to the curd mixture.
