Kancha Kadali (green banana)- 3 medium size Alu- 2 medium size
Turmeric-1 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Whole black peppercorns - 2 teaspoon

Masala- Heat a pan and dry fry cumin seeds with black pepper corns. When well toasted, grind to fine powder. In a cooking pot, add 3 cups of water and put to boil with salt and turmeric. Wash and peel the skin off the green banana. Cut into round pieces, 1/2 inch width. Cut potatoes into circles and also 1/2 inch width.

When water starts to boil, put vegatbles and cook for 5 mins. Drain the water and let it cool.

Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoon of oil. When its hot, put vegetables and fry. Make sure vegetables are not piling on each other and have enough surface area to cook. When they become crispy, put the ground masala and take off the stove.
