Mustard Oil 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds 3 tsp, Cumin Sesds tbsp
Garlic 4/5 pods, Red chilli 1-2
Tomatoes 2 medium size, Green Chilli -2
Turmeric powder---1/2 tbsp, Salt to taste
Corinder leaves for Garnishing
Grind Musterd Seeds, garlic, jeera and red chilly to a fine paste. In a karai, put, the mustard paste, add some water, turmeric powder, salt, fish pieces, chopped tomatoes, green chilly, and mustard oil and cook for 15/20 mins in a low heat….till fish is properly cooked .
If u want then you can add some more water, taste the salt. and garnish with corinder leaves and serve with rice .
