Bandha kobi (Cabbage): 1
Fish : Head/tail plus few pieces of fish(shallow fried)
Onion: 1(cut thin slices)
Oil, salt as required
MASALA
Onion :1 medium size, Garlic : 2-3 cloves
Ginger : 2 inch , Jeera, dhania, Red Chilli
Dalchini (Cinnamon), Gujurati ( Green cardamoms)

Step 1:  Cut cabbage very thin slices
Step 2:  Fry the fish and break them with the spatula and keep aside.
Step 3:  Grind masala with little bit of water
Step 4:  Take a wok, add 3 tablespoons mustard oil(preferably).

Put the sliced onions. When Onion turns brown, add the ground masala and sauté. When the nice aroma comes out of it, add the fish and cabbage.

Cook till they are done and enjoy!
