Mitha Tomato Khata

Ingredients

3 medium sized tomato
1 large onion sliced
3 green chillis and 1 inch ginger cut in long thin pieces
A pinch salt
3-4 spoons of sugar( adjust according to taste)
Curry leaves, 1 spoon panchphutan
2 spoons oil

Method
Finely chop the tomates.Heat oil, add panchphutan. when they splutter add onion, curry leaves. Fry for 3-4 mins, then add the ginger and green chilli. Fry for another 1-2 mins. Add the tomatoes and salt, cook till tomatoes are tender. When cooked add required amount of sugar and cook  uncovered for 2 mins more.
