Ingredients: – For 6
1/2 cup moong dal (available in Indian grocery store),
1 cup water,
1/2 onion diced,
1/2 tomato diced,
tumeric and a pinch of salt
Palang Saaga (Palak) – 1 cup shredded
Oil – 1 tsp, Jeera – 1 tsp, Mustard  seeds – 1tsp, green chillis – 1 diced
Method:
In a pressure cooker boil dal, tomato, salt, turmeric powder and palak for one whistle.
Open the pressure when it cools down.
In a seperate pan heat oil, add jeera, mustard seeds, green chilli and onions
Fry for 2-3 minutes and add this to the cooker.
Add another 1 cup of water to the cooker and let it boil for 5 minutes. Enjoy while hot.
