2 small tomatoes, 2 green chillis, a small piece of ginger and coriander leaves, all chopped finely
salt and turmeric as required
2 spoon mustard oil
3 spoon of besara( mustard paste)
Take a kadhai, put all the ingredients mentioned above and cook it covered in a low flame till done. Goes well with rice.

Great job.Saw most of your recipies which are uthentic oriya.One’s mouth starts wateing while reading them only.I have one sggestion for you.Being from coastal Orissa I do not know most of the recipies you have mentioned.Can you also not put a picture of the dishes you are writing about.
