Potala (parval/indian gourd) - 500 grams
Alu- 200 grams, Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
phutana - 1 teaspoon

Wash and cut vegetables into thin sized,length wise.
Heat oil in a pan, put phutana and let it splutter.
Put cut vegetables, salt,turmeric, chilli, cumin and coriander powder.
Stir and cook covered for 10 mins in medium heat. Dish is ready when vetebales are completely cooked.
