Grated coconut- 2/3 cup
Moong dal(boiled) - 1 cup
Garlic chopper-1tsp
Onion chopped- 1/4 cup
Salt
Chili power(per taste)
Oil-2tsp
Take oil in a pan and heat it.
Add garlic, onion and cook till golden brown.
Then add moong daal,leaves, salt and cook till half done. Add coconut and cook till saaga is done.
(Cook it on medium heat)
Serve hot with pakhala.
