Baigan - 150 grams
Alu- 100 grams
Kakharu - 150 grams
Saru - 100 gram
Badi - 5
Garlic - 6 cloves
Dry red chilli - 3
Panchputhana - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Oil - 2 teaspoon

Wash and peel vegatbles. Cut vegetables into thin long pieces.
Heat 2 cups of water in a wok, when hot add vegetables, salt and cook covered.
When vegetables are cooked, take it off the stove.

In a separate wok, heat oil, and fry badi. Set it aside when browned. Add a little more oil to the wok, stir in garlic, panchpuran and red chilli. Saute for 2 min, add the boiled vegetables and then put the badi. Cook for 2 more minutes.
serve with roti or rice.

    I tried it today…I added bhendi,lau & onion . I tastes good.
